The PPC discussed the possibility of potentially adding % of goal accomplishedto all future reports?
The PPC recommended to Fr. Dan to make committee reports more measurable or quantifiable (as possible); using metrics if/when appropriate. He approved the recommendation.
This will require better coordination between finance and stewardship when possible.

The PPC discussed whether the parish goals and objectives should be extended, modified, or redone before new pastor arrives in mid-2022 or let him create them to redo starting in 2022.
The PPC recommended to Fr. Dan to keep the current parish goals and objectives through 12/31/22. He approved the recommendation.
Fr. Dan’s anticipated departure date from Mary Queen is June 30, 2022.
9 – Hispanic Representation
The PPC recommended to Fr. Dan to add a bi-lingual Hispanic young adult (23-29) to be a PPC member serving a term length of Fr. Dan’s discretion. He approved the recommendation.
The PPC recommended to Fr. Dan to add three Hispanic members to the PPC to be appointed by Fr. Dan serving a term length of Fr. Dan’s discretion. He Approved the recommendation.
Lucia Jeronimo, Isabel Valdez and Yuridia Guizar are tasked with recommending three Hispanic members at the March meeting.
Fr. Carlos indicated Lucia, Isabel and Yuridia will likely be the three individuals recommended to Fr. Dan
