Did you know we had a very successful parish talent show on September 23 that included 170 parishioners and members of our school community, but it took over nine hours that day to make it happen, because of the work to set-up the gym and the audio/visual equipment and take everything down?
Did you know we began Family Faith Formation this year on Wednesday evenings, and we start each night with feeding over 250 people dinner, with the help of 25 volunteers, and it takes almost 2 hours to set-up and clean up the gym?Did you know that the gym and cafeteria are used every night of the week, limiting groups such as school sports, scouts, youth groups and formation utilization of a large space?
Did you know that we have almost 250 youth registered for Youth Group, making us the largest Youth Ministry in Lexington, and it takes the help of about 30 committed volunteers for a successful Youth Ministry Program?
Did you know that with the exponential growth of our Youth Ministry since summer 2022 we have completely outgrown our Youth House and can’t fit everyone in one room?
Did you know we offer 6 retreats a year for our young people and they are always filled to capacity?
Did you know that we confirm about 150 young people every year, which is about 5 times more than any other parish in the Diocese, and requires about 15 committed catechists to accompany our young people?
Did you know that we take an average of 12-14 young adults to the SEEK Conference in St. Louis each January?
