All priests, deacons, altar servers and extraordinary ministers of Holy Communion must wash their hands before Mass begins and use an alcohol-based, anti bacterial solution before and after distributing Holy Communion.
Ushers
- Prop open doors to the church approximately 30 minutes before Mass to avoid touching door handles (total of 8 doors).
- The outside doors immediately next to the Eucharistic Chapel (2)
- The 2nd set of doors immediately next to the Eucharistic Chapel (2)
- The doors leading into the church (6)
- Place collection baskets on both sides of the font for people to place their donations after Mass - avoids having people handle the baskets.

Captains/Sacristans
- The wine and bread will not be brought up at offertory but placed at the credence table.
- Small cruet with wine is placed on credence table before mass.
- An estimation of hosts is made after everyone has arrived. Place hosts in large ciboria. Walk the ciboria up the left side ramp and place on credence table (Yes, this is after mass has started).
